ONE DEGREE’s ongoing focus on safety emphasizes training, education, and personal discipline. Our team is constantly improving its ability to recognize and avoid hazards on the job.
We meet or exceed all regulations imposed by Workers Compensation Board. Field staff are required to complete mandatory daily FLRA cards (field level risk assessment) to identify potential hazards, and establish a strategy for accident avoidance. One Degree HVAC field staff are all required to complete a comprehensive list of safety training, including:
